Welcome to ICFoto. By booking our photography, videography, or drone services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.
1. Services
ICFoto provides professional real estate photography, videography, and drone (aerial) imaging services for residential and commercial properties in the Atlanta, GA area.
All services are performed based on the project details agreed upon prior to booking.
2. Booking and Payment
- A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your appointment.
- Final payment is due upon project completion, unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Late payments may result in delivery delays or cancellation of future bookings.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Weather-related rescheduling is permitted without penalty if conditions prevent safe drone or outdoor shooting.
- ICFoto reserves the right to reschedule or cancel due to safety concerns, weather, or technical issues.
4. Turnaround and Delivery
- Standard delivery for edited photos and videos is typically 1–3 business days, unless otherwise noted.
- Files will be delivered digitally via an online download link or cloud delivery platform.
- Once delivered, clients are responsible for promptly downloading and backing up their files.
5. Usage Rights
- Clients receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use delivered photos and videos for marketing, advertising, and property listings.
- ICFoto retains copyright ownership of all work produced.
- ICFoto reserves the right to use images and videos in its portfolio, website, or marketing materials unless the client specifically requests otherwise.
- If you prefer your property media not to be used for promotional purposes, simply let us know — we will honor your request immediately.
6. Drone and Aerial Photography
All drone operations comply with FAA Part 107 regulations.
ICFoto will only perform aerial imaging where legally permitted, and may cancel or adjust flights if conditions or airspace restrictions prevent safe operation.
7. Client Responsibilities
- The property must be photo-ready at the scheduled appointment time.
- The client (or a representative) should ensure access to all areas that need to be photographed.
- ICFoto is not responsible for cleaning, staging, or moving furniture unless previously arranged.
8. Revisions and Edits
- Minor retouching (color correction, sky replacement, etc.) is included in the base price.
- Additional edits or special requests may incur extra fees, discussed prior to work.
9. Liability
ICFoto is not liable for:
- Loss or damage caused by client misuse of delivered media
- Scheduling conflicts due to inaccurate property information
- Incidental or consequential damages arising from service use
In any case, ICFoto’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services provided.
10. Changes to Terms
ICFoto reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
