What areas do you service?
I serve both the greater Atlanta, Georgia and Nashville, Tennessee areas, including surrounding cities and suburbs for both residential and commercial projects.
How long does it take to shoot?
Generally around 90 minutes depending on the size of the property and services rendered.
Does anyone need to be home?
No. It’s preferred that no one be on the property for the duration of the shoot. This prevents unecessary delays and allows me to be focused on the shoot.
Does the property need to be staged or cleaned beforehand?
It’s not required, but I highly recommend it. A clean, well-organized space helps produce better photos and a stronger first impression for buyers.
How do I book a session?
You can book directly from the Contact page or email me. Once we confirm the details, your appointment will be locked in.
How do I pay?
You’ll receive an invoice along with the link(s) to the completed work. Payment options are Checks (preferred), PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, and if needed, CashApp.
How will I receive my photos?
I’ll send you an email with instructions and a link that contains the files once completed. The link will be active for 60 days. You won’t need any special accounts to access the files.
How soon will I receive my photos or videos?
Most projects are delivered within 24-48 hours. Larger commercial or multi-service shoots may require slightly more time.
Is there a reschedule or cancellation fee?
No, there are no fees to reschedule or cancel. However, for big projects that require a deposit, the deposit is nonrefundable once work has started.
